Resumen(en)

This study shows the case of a 59 year old woman with a history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus and previous surgery for hemorrhoids, hysterectomy and uterine prolapse. She was admitted to our hospital for abdominal pain, vomiting and constipation for a week, with weight loss of six kilos in the two previous weeks.
